Your privacy
A plain-language summary of how Come Back to You uses the information you share.
Your account is private to you
You need to sign in to see personal information. Your answers, check-ins, journal, saved items and plans are tied to your account, and only your account can open them.
How your answers personalize support
The answers you give during onboarding (and can edit later in your Profile) and your daily check-ins are used to create your affirmations, small daily steps and "I need a moment" messages. To do this, the relevant information is sent to an AI service that writes the message.
Every question is optional. You can skip onboarding and still get general encouragement.
Your journal
Using your journal to personalize suggestions is off by default. It is only used if you turn it on in Settings, and you can turn it off anytime.
Reminders
Notifications are opt-in. Lock-screen reminders use general wording rather than your personal content.
Podcast links
Podcast suggestions come from a list we chose ourselves. Your journal, answers and check-ins are not sent to podcast services.
Edit or delete your information
You can edit what the app remembers in your Profile. In Settings you can delete your personal information or delete your account entirely.
Come Back to You offers encouragement, not medical or mental-health care. If you're in crisis, please contact local emergency services.
